How do I personalise my dog's bandana?
Personalising your bandana is simple! When placing your order, you can fully customise your premium, 100% cotton bandana using our design options:
  1. Choose Your Size: Select from our 2 versatile sizes (classic tie-on style).
  2. Choose Your Base: Pick from our 12 vibrant bandana colours.
  3. Choose Your Text: Pick from our 9 distinct font colours to make your dog’s name or message pop!
What material are the bandanas made from?
Every single bandana we use is made from high-quality, premium 100% cotton. They are comfortable, breathable, and perfectly designed for your pup to wear.

What style are the bandanas?
All of our bandanas are designed in a classic, easy-to-wear tie-on style.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We love dressing pups all over the globe. We proudly ship worldwide from the UK.

How long will it take to make and ship my order?
Because each item is lovingly decorated and personalised to order specifically for your pup, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

How should I wash and clean the bandana?
Because we use high-quality HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) for our personalisation, we strictly recommend hand washing only in cool or warm water. Please do not scrub the vinyl text or put the bandana in the washing machine or tumble dryer, as this can cause the lettering to lift or peel.

Can I iron the personalised bandana?
Yes, but you must never iron directly over the vinyl lettering. Always iron on the reverse side (the back of the bandana) using a low heat setting to flatten out the 100% cotton fabric without damaging your custom design.

Can I return or exchange my bandana?
Because our items are 100% personalised with custom names and colours, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our part. Please ensure you double-check your spelling, size, and choice of colours before finalising your checkout!
